Manu Ginobili revealed on Thursday that extensions talks have been delayed in San Antonio following his recent ankle surgery. The Spurs will probably end up inking Manu to something before the start of the season, but it might go down to the deadline.
Talks between Delonte West and the Cavaliers are reportedly at a standstill with Cleveland offering the guard $4 million, well below the $5.5 million he wants. I’d give him closer to $4 million, but agent Aaron Goodwin believes otherwise.

Jason Giambi lost a bout with a bathroom door recently, leaving him with a bruiser on the corner of his right eyelid. Giambi is always good for a great story (see: gold thongs, partying, and now bathroom doors), which, sadly, is one of the only reasons I think the Yankees need to retain him.
