Robert 'Tractor' Traylor is thrilled to be playing basketball once again after having his career threatened by heart issues, according to HoopsWorld.

He last played in the NBA for the Cavaliers in 2005.

"It's hard having your career ended by an injury," Traylor told HoopsWorld. "And now I have a son (Robert Traylor Jr.) who is four-years-old, and I'd love to let him see me play in the NBA."

In November 2006, Traylor underwent aortic valve surgery. Doctors preferred he stay away from the game.

He went overseas and played before finding a home in Puerto Rico for the past two seasons.

"It's been difficult being away from the game," Traylor continued. "I think just watching games on TV and seeing guys play that you know – and the competition factor – it's been difficult being away from the NBA. But also playing in Puerto Rico was a great experience for me. It humbled me a lot and made me become a better person and a better player."
